All FileWizrd users have a primary account, which is typically the very first account they are invited to.

If you are a user on multiple accounts, then it's important to know that account-wide settings, such as 2FA settings only apply to you if they are set on your primary account.


In case you are unable to access your account due to a lost 2FA authenticator device or email address, you should contact administrators of your primary account to temporarily disable 2FA for you.


As a user, you can see the name of your primary account using either the Web Client (Profile menu) or the PC Client (Top-left corner).
